If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different feature sets available at each tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access the full features of GetSEOAnalyzer, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription fees is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use GetSEOAnalyzer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

All content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, models, branding, logos, and design elements of the GetSEOAnalyzer platform are the exclusive property of GetSEOAnalyzer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs beyond your own use.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant GetSEOAnalyzer a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, implement, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
You retain ownership of any URLs, data, or content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GetSEOAnalyzer a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any User Content you submit.
We do not sell or share your User Content with third parties and process it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETSEOANALYZER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
SEO results and rankings are influenced by many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We make no guarantee of specific ranking improvements or business outcomes from using our Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETSEOANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GETSEOANALYZER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetSEOAnalyzer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws. EU users may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered users and a prominent notice on our website. The updated Terms will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.
